The Practitioner Hub with Kelly Saynor
Learning a treatment is one part of becoming a practitioner. There are also the questions that arrive afterwards: how to explain your reasoning, where to find reliable guidance, and how to keep developing while running a clinic or working a full schedule.
That is why I created The Practitioner Hub. It is a place for practitioner learning that aims to make information easier to absorb and connect with day-to-day practice.
Learning that fits into a working week
Long videos are not always the easiest way to learn. Sometimes you need a focused explanation you can revisit, then written material that develops the subject rather than simply repeating a slide.
The Hub brings video and written learning together. You can work through material at your own pace, pause to make notes and return to a point when you need to think it through again.
My aim is to explain ideas clearly without losing the detail that gives them meaning. Practitioners should be able to understand a subject and begin asking better questions about how it applies to their own work.
What one member told me
“Kelly! I’m obsessed… I watched it all on one Sunday, took so many notes, I need the next lot like now! 🤣🤣
“I really love how you keep the videos quite short and to the point and how the text is different to the videos, many other courses and things I’ve done is just like the trainer reading it off a slide. I love how well you communicate it all too, deffo learning from what you’re teaching us but just also in terms of communicating as a professional!
“Love it!! X”

That feedback means a lot because it describes the experience I hoped to create. The member noticed both the teaching and the way it was communicated. Their experience is personal; other members will learn at a different pace and use the material differently.
Clear communication belongs in practitioner education
Understanding a subject and explaining it to a patient are related skills. A clear explanation can help patients understand why you are recommending a plan, what it may involve and where uncertainty remains.
Learning should give you space to consider those conversations. It should also help you recognise what you need to explore further or discuss with an appropriate colleague.
How the Hub fits alongside treatment training
The Practitioner Hub is separate from PRFKT® product-specific training. It does not replace the practical training, qualifications, competence assessment or insurance needed for a procedure.
Think of it as an additional learning resource that supports your development. Visit kellysaynor.com to see the current modules and membership offer, and decide whether the approach suits the way you like to learn.
